Michele F. Singer, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director for the Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center. She has been with IBC since June 2015 and with Interior since 2000. Ms. Singer leads the delivery of shared services to support Interior offices and bureaus, as well
as over 150 other federal agencies. She leads a workforce of 1,000+ personnel, including three major lines of business: acquisition, financial management and human resources.

Robert Goldenkoff

Director, Strategic Issues, U.S. Government Accountability Office

Robert Goldenkoff has over 25 years of federal program evaluation experience. Currently he is a Director on GAO’s Strategic Issues team where he leads reviews of strengthening federal personnel policies and programs, as well as ways of improving the cost-effectiveness of the federal statistical system. He is also an adjunct faculty member of GAO’s Learning Center.
